1. M5[J30] slip road, come under the motorway and follow A379 Exeter ring road to Dawlish.
2. Follow A379 through Kenton, Starcross, pass Cockwood harbour.
3. Head on towards Dawlish for a mile past Cofton Country on the left turn next right into Port Road.
4. Half a mile up Port Road where the road rises turn right into Duckaller Farm.

From Dawlish south]:
1. A379 towards Exeter pass the Texaco garage and turning for Dawlish Warren on the right.
2. Follow the road [mind the speed camera] past Langdon Hostpital on the left.
3. About another half mile turn left into Port Road.
4. Half a mile up Port Road where the road rises turn right into Duckaller Farm.
