Duckaller Farm is situated less than a mile from the A379 in tranquil countryside between the pretty South Devon coastal town of Dawlish and the beautiful and dramatic Haldon Hills. The single holiday home available on the farm enjoys the serenity of its own large garden and the surrounding open fields, providing the perfect location for a peaceful relaxing break. Alternatively, just 10 miles from both the cathedral city of Exeter and the Riviera coast of Torbay, and only 30 minutes drive from Dartmoor, it is perfectly located for visiting the very best of the surrounding area.

The self-catering holiday home at Duckaller Farm sleeps 6, providing a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a further small double bed in the lounge/dining area. It also offers a well-equipped galley kitchen, shower room with WC and hand basin and an al fresco, decked dining area. Bed linen and towels are all included as are all utilities. Wifi is also available.

Duckaller Farm is less than 2 miles from the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail which provides a safe level cycle route to Exeter Quay and city and beyond to the delightful towns of Topsham and Exmouth with a return trip across the ferry to Starcross an option. Bike and helmet hire is available from the farm. With three keen cyclists in the family we can suggest more challenging cycle routes throughout South and East Devon and onto Dartmoor for the more serious riders. Subject to farm workload we can offer accompanied rides of up to 60 miles which can include some iconic routes and climbs.

Dawlish is a delightful town characterised by both Victorian and Georgian architecture. The brook that runs through the gardens in the centre of the town is home to the renowned black swans and leads directly to the beach. The coastline in the area offers a number of beaches, including several at nearby Dawlish Warren, where an extensive nature reserve can also be enjoyed. A range of shops and tea rooms can be found at Dawlish along with rail and bus links.
